14-day Refund Policy for LUTs and Presets

We understand that it can be difficult to fully evaluate the aesthetic quality and compatibility of LUTs and presets before purchasing. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase which is why we guarantee the following:

1. Our products are the real deal and we have the numbers to back that up. Our LUTs and presets are used by over 100.000 artists at all skill levels across industries and our film emulations are embedded into many enterprise level software applications.

2. If you're experiencing technical issues we provide multiple ways for you to report bugs, request features and get expert help via chat and email, every day of the week.

3. When this is not enough and our LUTs or presets simply d work for you for whatever reason we will issue full refunds within 14 days after purchase. Simply reply to your receipt email and let us know how we can improve. A full refund will be on its way asap.

What we ask from you

Please don't exploit our refund policy for LUTs and presets as a way to obtain access to free product files. We are well aware that the nature of these products makes it impossible to prevent this technically so all we can do is ask. Every refund costs us processing and handling fees as well as time and effort. We're offering refunds to anyone who genuinely wants to commit to using our tools but it's just not working out.

Refund policy for apps and software with a free trial

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. That's why we strongly encourage evaluating the freely available versions of our apps before deciding to purchase a perpetual license or starting a subscription. This way, you can be sure that the app meets your needs and expectations before making a commitment.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you accidentally make a purchase and have no usage record, or if the app has issues that prevent pro features from working as advertised and these issues cannot be resolved in a reasonable amount of time, we are happy to consider a refund within 14 days after purchase.

Please note that for apps that have a free trial version, payments are generally considered final, and refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to provide a fair and trustworthy refund policy that helps you feel confident in your purchase decision. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

How do I apply for a refund?

Please respond directly to the order confirmation email you got from us and request your refund within 14 days after purchase. We won't be able to process refunds after 14 days for reasons that are beyond our control (tax, reporting, all that boring stuff)

It's not required that you go into detail about why you weren't satisfied but we would love some constructive feedback as we're genuinely motivated to create the best products we can and improve our tools and services for other customers.
